If you cancel your participation as a buyer at IGTM on or after the 20th of October 2009 you will incur a charge of €250. This was stated when you submitted your registration as buyer to attend the show.
Please note that these charges are only in reference to Reed Travel Exhibitions and your participation as a buyer in the show. You must check with your official hotel regarding their cancellation policy as further charges may apply in case of late cancellation.
Reed Travel Exhibitions are not responsible for any charges that may be incurred from the official hotels.
